NEWS:

Prince Forrand Carnhold is on an official visit to the Barony of Soletan. 

BEHIND THE HEADLINES:

He wants to sure up support from a powerful House when the time comes for his succession to the throne. He is considering going as far as marrying Hilona Soletan who is currently in Headcrown at the pleasure/prisoner of the king. This would release her and secure his alliance with a powerful House one that otherwise is growing uncomfortably close to his sister Barthena Carnhold.


NEWS:

Invitations have gone out to the Houses for the wedding of Charlon Sleth and Meon Trem in a few weeks. 

BEHIND THE HEADLINES:

Trem are petitioning the king is send one of his family as a representative it will most likely be Kant


NEWS:

The Society of the Bond is looking to arrange a tour for the Archonon of the Woodland Houses.

BEHIND THE HEADLINES:

They are trying to sway opinion in the Barony of Twain and looking to bring the radical and fundamentalist back to some kind of orthodoxy. 


NEWS:

There are rumours that the king is planning a military campaign to make the barbarous isles part of The Kingdom.Principality of Barthena has expressed its support if the king where to desire it.

BEHIND THE HEADLINES:

He wants an excuse to station a large military force near the Barony of Soletan who the king has grown to distrust due to their economic rise and growing closeness with his son Forrand Carnhold.  Barthena Carnhold has cultral power but wants to show herself as a military leader and she also distrusts the House of Soletan despite regularly having members of her family visit as guests.

Everyone is talking about a play that was put on in Newhigh in the Principality of Barthena. 

BEHIND THE HEADLINES:

Barthena Carnhold is deliberately cultiviating soft power and cultral influence. 


NEWS: 

It is rumoured that House of Feedor is hiding deserts from the technological office of the Bond and paying them high wages. This could convince others to desert and The Society of the Bond has grown concerned about the rumours. 

BEHIND THE HEADLINES:

It is true and they are building labs in the desert to hide them. They are currently under construction. 


NEWS:

The king has sent an envoy to the Barony of Karna

The king wants their help stopping the oil travelling from the lands of the House of White. 


NEWS:
The Society of the Bond has raised the bounty it is offering on Guston Ralfan a deserter from the society who stole things from Bond Tower before disappearing to 100,000 crowns the highest ever offered. 

BEHIND THE HEADLINES:

This is than officer who deserted are being converted by an old AI unit left over from the war with Kondo which has taken the title Stone King 2.

NEWS:
King Reton Carnhold is rumoured to be planning on sureing up the succession and naming an heir at the council in Headcrown in the coming months.

BEHIND THE HEADLINES:

The king has given his children land to rule as a test to see how they would rule The Kingdom. He currently favours Prince Forrand Carnhold but also thinks Princess Barthena Carnhold is capable. 

ENCOUNTERS

A party from Twain led by Manodred Peel looking for help from outsiders to blow something up so they can blame it on the radicals and discredit them. They are disguised as merchants selling pickled fruit and vegetables. 

A messenger that runs away when he sees the party. Maybe a troupe of travelling acrobats that have a letter from Barony of Feedor where Guston has a secret base. Led by Juwana Laypeg.
