The House of Twain has a very radical interpretation of the official religion known as the Bond. This fundamentalism has a luddite type quality, and they reject lots of tech accepted by the other houses. Like the Forrand they punish the unorthodox although even more radical communities have sprung up in the area that are even more extreme than the House of Twain. They ride large buffalo type creatures. They build large wooden houses and structures.
