This is a ferry controlled by The Society of the Bond so that they monitor who is approaching Bond Tower from the north. If you cross at night the lights from Bond Tower can be seen in the far distance. The ferry will take passengers and their steeds for a price. The crossing is guarded by officers from The Tower of the Guardians of the Archonon in their distinctive uniforms.
