Leeanthpa is a citadel run by the House of Shadon. It has a smaller fishing fleet than Sawgone but fishing still makes up significant portion of the citadel's economy. The House's fascination with tech and military hardware are both in evidence. The citadel houses massive weapons factories and many of the people work making the latest killing machines - these days personal weapons but in previous eras when the House's power was at its height they made huge siege weapons.
There are also several research labs dedicated to weapons research and other forms of tech hardware. There are a significant number of members of The Society of the Bond from the technological office stationed there.
