The largest metropolis in all of Khorvaire. Known as the City of Towers for just how high up it goes -- over a mile, in some places. Consists of three layers, with the highest-class citizens living closer to the top, and the absolute elite living on Skyway, a floating cloud layer above the city proper. This weird architectural design is only possible thanks to the Syranian manifest zone enveloping the area.
