A Khoravar spy for the Silver Torch, posing as a lower-ranking noble. He was tasked to kill Mercutia ir'Gontarli at the Armistice Ball, but the party and his girlfriend Cesaria ir'Starn persuaded him against this. He's run off with her to parts unknown.
