The Bloody Cobbler is the name given to a mysterious individual who has committed several murders across Sithicus in the past year. Their most recent murder prior to the party's arrival in Sithicus was in Hroth. Their modus operandi is to slash a victim's throat from behind, then remove and abscond with the soles of their feet.
According to Magda Kulkevich, the Cobbler only targets those born to wealth, power, position, or other natural gifts who squanders those gifts rather than using them to help the less fortunate.
