Kharis Elnan is a Rank Six cleric within The Luminesti who was responsible for leading his followers in taking over the Cathedral of Ezra (Hroth). When the disciples of Ezra tried to take it back, Bishop Arel Caiven was killed.
Kharis used a magical pearl to create a dome of darkness over Hroth as part of a ritual to ascend to Nuitari. He was still attempting the ritual when the party found him and defeated him.
