Qara told the Heroes of Phandalin that the Dead Rats are known worshipers of Talona, and so the party decided to investigate their connection to the illness plaguing Neverwinter.
After fighting their way through the Rat Trap tavern, and the gang's underground hideout, the party faced off against Rsolk and his wererat minions. Rsolk was slain, and Qara cast Speak with Dead to allow the heroes to question him for more information.
