Dame Bismuth is an Ascendancy Knight. A caring and motherly dragonborn, she is close with Operatives Ani and Pano, who she had helped raise in Saint Neihme's Abbey. She acted as a subordinate to Sir Tethra Bres to oversee Ascendancy and Concord interests as the Eturili Civil War wound down.
Dame Bismuth and Operative Vibrant mostly acted in the Academy of the Edicts until 11 Thunsheer 3A 512, when Sir Gaius Ambrose arrived with other Ascendancy Personnel to oversee the new peace.
Tethra and Sir Gaius watched with some concern as Aetulea and Friends uncovered a plot by the Manifold Mirrored Multitude that involved the Tervali Princess Jensara Stardreamer. On 29 Thunsheer Ambassador Hyalith requested aid evacuating the city, and Sir Gaius placed all Ascendancy personnel under Hyalith's command for protection. Tethra, Vibrant, and Bismuth were tasked with procuring and guarding a small boat as an emergency exit. This would prove a valuable task: Sir Gaius, his subordinates, the princess, and the adventurers would come late in the night, fleeing the cult's machinations. Ambassador Hyalith seemingly stayed behind to delay the treacherous Doctor Tannivh Sooner.
The Ascendancy group landed in Minethir on 2 Undillar and departed with Queensblade Phoza, leaving Rue and her companions to return to the city and face the Shattering Manifest again.
