Uthara Zatar was a thayan human from Neverwinter (Toril-2), and the daughter of Fadime Zatar (Toril-2). As a child, Uthara was frequently bullied by the other children of Neverwinter for her thayan heritage. That is, until she met Yojimbo Isami. Isami protected her from the other children, and the two quickly became best friends. Growing up, she felt disconnected from her people, which led to her becoming very adamant about embracing her heritage such as traditional clothing and tattoos. In her pursuit of finding balance between her cultural heritage while avoiding the ways of the Red Wizards of Thay (Toril-2) to which her mother was once a member, she came to become a cleric of Kelemvor. She was betrayed by a member of her clergy that branded her a heretic, forcing her to flee the city of Neverwinter alongside Isami.
Personality Traits: She had enjoyed fine food, drink, and high society among her temple’s elite, so rough living grated on her. She spent so long in the temple that she had little practical experience dealing with people in the outside world.
Ideals: She hoped to one day rise to the top of her faith’s religious hierarchy.
Bonds: She believed that she would someday get revenge on the corrupt temple hierarchy who branded her a heretic.
Flaws: Once she picked a goal, she became obsessed with it to the detriment of everything else in her life.
