We began with the ongoing fight against the unnamed necromancer and a pair of displacer beasts.
- The party was able to prevail but it was a challenging fight.
- A search of the office found more evidence of the operations of the crime syndicate lead by "The Operator". In particular more documents about the "Weapon" that was being moved into the city.
- In leaving the cellar, they reunited with Lt. Carl Quattlebaum who had lead his Dragoons to secure the upper floor.
- The party rushed to meet with Lady General Theodora Whiteraven and report on the "arms" they had destroyed in the cellar.
- At this meeting they were reassured that the destruction was more than acceptable and the general confessed that the intelligence related to the nature of the "arms" was incomplete. Magic targeting monsters were indeed a concern.
- The necromage's name was Krilear and the party agreed they had to die.
- The introduction to the Imperial College would be made later this week at a ball to celebrate and announce the launch of a new military branch. The party was given an allowance to find appropriate dress for the ball.
- There was a discussion about hats.
- Sybalia "Syb" Anning was summoned to a seamstress shop the following day by invitation from her mother Elizabeth Annabelle Anning (n. Nodran).
- The shop, Woodbury and Daughter, Seamstresses is run by Modesty Woodbury and her second daughter Serenity Woodbury.
- There Syb was for a uniform coat in bright blue wool. As she was removing the uniform coat with a mix of emotions, her mother appeared to speak with her.
- Meanwhile the rest party returned to the Taboo and Voodoo where they were offered the cursed fortune telling globe. Kati was able to take the sphere and smash it, releasing whatever spirit resided within it.
