With the ball interrupted by the hijacking of the HML Olympic, The Emerald Fury leapt into action.
- It was revealed that Dolzrig was present at the Imperial Ball in the disguise of a common valet. They were fraternizing with the other help.
- While Commander Lilliana Laurence went to prepare HML The Hotspur to take to the air, Major Rhett Belmont set out to rally the Air Calvary.
- Dolzrig provided a lift to get the part up to the HML Olympic. They did not, however, linger to fight. Instead they retreated up into the clouds over the capital. Meanwhile the party engaged members of the Mountain Zealots who had hijacked the ship, presumably lead by Zari.
- Katizar "Kati" Ubane charmed a large number of the hijackers with a spell of Calm Emotions, putting them all at ease enough that they remained out of the fight. Aveline Voight rushed to fight those not enchanted, while Samantha "Sam" Mettle went searching for ways to steer the ship away from the Imperial College.
- As the battle ensued, Sam did find Zari and her guards in the hold. She rushed back to her friends.
- Meanwhile some form of blood witch engaged the party and after placing a hex on Aveline, struck Kati with some form of necrotic beam.
- Kati fell dead into Syb's arms ending the session.
