Manyy stories have been written about the sly and cunning kitsune. Obake that resemble foxes, kitsune love to play tricks on others. Stories abound that kitsune get wiser as they grow older, and that they make faithful guardians and friends. There is probably truth to these stories, as kitsune have no problem living amongst other types of creautres, using their shapeshifting abilities to hide their true nature as an obake.
