Each creature in the cone must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d8 piercing damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful one. Additionally, the force of the blast also pushes you 10 feet in the opposite direction of the cone. You can use a bonus action to steady yourself prior to firing this ammunition and prevent yourself from being pushed.
