Until the spell ends, all technomantic devices in the area not being wielded are either disabled, turned off, or otherwise do no function. Devices or objects powered by Current or lightning shut down.
Additionally, wires in the area fail to transmit power or information, and wireless signals passing through the area fail to reach their target destination. Finally, any lightning effects, such as a Lightning Bolt spell or a blue dragon's lightning breath, have no effect on targets in the area.
