A tethered target must make a Constitution saving throw, taking indicated force damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. A tethered target repeats this save at the start of each of your turns for the duration of the spell. The tether breaks for a target if it ever moves out of range of this spell or drops to 0 hit points. Until this spell ends, if no targets are tethered by this spell, you can use a bonus action to tether a new target.
The spell's base damage is 4d8. Its entropy grows and fluctuates. Until the spell ends, roll a d20 at the end of each of your turns and consult the Entropic Wreck table to determine its fluctuation effect.
