You rapidly reduce the friction on the ground or vertical surface in a 20-foot radius circle centered on a point you can see within range. For the duration, you change the environment in the following ways:
- Ground. Each time an object or creature in the area moves or is moved 5 feet, it immediately moves an additional 10 feet in that direction, or until it exits the area or hits an anchored object such as a plant growth, a post, or a tree. A creature that ends its movement inside the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. If the ground is sloped, objects or prone creatures in the area immediately slide down the slope until they exit the area. A creature must spend 1 additional foot of movement for every foot moved to ascend a slope.
- Vertical Surface. Creatures have disadvantage on ability checks made to climb the vertical surface and must climb at half their normal speed. If the vertical surface is especially smooth, they cannot climb at all.
