(The sister of Tonks Rookledust, Oskar's adopted mother) moved to Nightlund decades ago from the distant gnome homeland of Mount Nevermind. Rookledust talks rapidly and is always formulating new ideas for her next overdesigned contraption. Though many of her creations are dangerous, she doesn’t build them with violence in mind. She’s particularly interested in devices for long-distance communication and inventions that mechanize the work of farm animals.
