Eltab appears to be a young human woman, or possibly a half-elf. She wears a set of plate that clearly looks magical, and is made from the scales of a blue dragon, upon which are inscribed various Giant runes.
She joined a caravan headed down the Black Road, interested in these rumors of dragons and giants. It is the first time she's been on her own, and seeks to make a name for herself.
