Heart of Illiad: Choose one, if one isn't specified in your sub-race; Feda-Lide and Shadow-Walkers also automatically get Heart of Obsidian as a primary Heart of Illiad. Light-Walkers get Heart of Blinding White as their primary Heart of Illiad, with their secondary one determining Eye-color and Ena-Streaks:

Heart of the Sun:  You have access to special Daylight-Based Ena-Techniques when your Illiadian trait is active, one of which you can use without expending any Ena-Points, once per long rest, as long it's under 3 PointsEna-Techniques  you use have the color orange, you have resistance towards Daylight Ena and you are vulnerable towards Starlight- and Shadow-Ena. The Shadow Ena vulnerability gets cancelled out if you also have Heart of Obsidian.

Heart of the Moon:  You have access to special Moonlight-Based Ena-Techniques when your Illiadian trait is active, one of which you can use without expending any Ena-Points, once per long rest, as long it's under 3 Points. Ena-Techniques  you use have the color red, you have resistance towards Moonlight Ena and you are vulnerable towards Daylight- and Shadow-Ena. The Shadow Ena vulnerability gets cancelled out if you also have Heart of Obsidian.

Heart of the Stars:  You have access to special Starlight-Based Ena-Techniques when your Illiadian trait is active, one of which you can use without expending any Ena-Points, once per long rest, as long it's under 3 Points. Ena-Techniques  you use have the color yellow, you have resistance towards Starlight Ena and you are vulnerable towards Moonlight- and Shadow-Ena. The Shadow Ena vulnerability gets cancelled out if you also have Heart of Obsidian.

Heart of Quartz: The Neutral Ena flowing through your body interacts with the arcane and divine energy of Sancstoryl and gives you access to one 1st Level Evocation or Transmutation Spell from the Sorcerer spell list, which you can cast once per long rest, as well as using Spell Slots, without material components, or even using two Ena-points. Upon reaching 3rd Level, you also gain access to one 2nd Level Evocation or Transmutation Spell from the Sorcerer spell list (which you can use using 3 Ena-Points or normal spell slots), and a second 1st Level Spell which you can cast once per long rest. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this trait). The Ena-Techniques which you can use when your Illiadian trait is active have the color blue, you have resistance towards Neutral Ena and you are vulnerable towards Shadow Ena. The Shadow Ena vulnerability gets cancelled out if you also have Heart of Obsidian.

Heart of Obsidian (Not available for Half- or Full Tirrdaka and Light-Walkers): You have access to special Shadow-Based Ena-Techniquesone of which you can use without expending any Ena-Points, once per long rest, as long it's under 3 Points. The Ena-Techniques which you can use when your Illiadian trait is active are either inky and black or glowing in a pale violet and you are resistant towards Shadow-Ena, but you are vulnerable towards all other types of Ena, with Divine-type Ena attacks also having advantage on you. However, all other Ena-Types are also vunerable towards your Shadow-Ena, with your Ena-Attacks also having advantage towards targets with Heart of Iron. You also have a natural immunity towards corruptive shadow-ena effects that could turn you into a Tirrdaka, Light- or Shadow-Walker. If you have any other Heart of Illiad, any resistances you gain from them become cancelled out instead. The Divine Ena vulnerability gets cancelled out if you also have Heart of Iron, but the advantage against you remains.

Heart of Iron (Special boon or NPC only): You have access to special Divine-Based Ena-Techniquesone of which you can use without expending any Ena-Points, once per long rest, as long it's under 3 PointsAdditionally, you can use techniques exclusive to other Ena-Types (except Blinding White) if you expend an additional Ena-Point. Ena-Techniques you use are of a piercing emerald-green color, you are resistant towards Divine Ena and you are vulnerable towards Shadow-Ena, with Shadow-Ena attacks also having advantage against you, but also have advantage towards targets with Heart of Obsidian. The Shadow Ena vulnerability gets cancelled out if you also have Heart of Obsidian, but the advantage against you remains.

Heart of Blinding White (Light-Walker primary only): Your body is made from a blindingly white, special amalgamation of multiple Ena-Types, giving you resistance to Divine and Neutral Ena and giving you access to special Ena-Techniques that can only be done with your unique energy-based body. This Heart of Illiad is the only one that doesn't give you a unique type of Ena-Damage for use in your Ena-Techniques, and only affects your resistances.
