What Tieflings are for fiends, Aasimar are for celestials; but more often than not much more intensely. Often gifted with radiant beauty, the birth of an Aasimar is often seen as a blessing in a community, and is more often than not a sign of a blessed bloodline, the result of a celestial's plans for a family, or simply a celestial falling in love. However, on the flipside, there's a lot of pressure on Aasimar to live up to expectations, and, due to still being mortals, a few Aasimar snap under the pressure and fall; though they someday may rise again.
