Not too long ago, there were some Goblins that were born with psychic powers, a longer lifespan and a more mellow personality. Those goblins became the first Verdan. Nobody knows how or why they happened, but they exist now, even if in relatively small numbers. Verdan are probably the most peaceful Goblinoids you can find; at least at a larger cultural level. They readily integrate into civilized society and often make excellent merchants and diplomats.
