Javelin of the Divine Hunt - Wondrous Item - Legendary Item / Artifact - Requires Attunement

A divine artifact of the Illiadian deity of the hunt, and patron of all hunters, the Holy Grand Count Minlay. It is said that it was created together with the Sancstorylian Goddess of Nature, Melora, for one of Minlay's Champions who lived on Sancstoryl about 300 years before The Great Wasting, to use in hunts on Sancstoryl.

While attuned to this javelin, you are proficient with it. Hit or miss, this +3 Javelin always instantly teleports back into the hand of its wielder after it has been thrown at a target, and deals an extra 2d6 radiant damage when Ena-based abilities are not available, or an extra 2d6 Starlight-Ena damage when they are.

This weapon also has 12 charges, and regains 1d8 charges at dawn, allowing you to cast the following spells from it as a bonus action:

Using 1 charge, you can cast Hail of Thorns (DC17) at 1st Level. You can use more charges to cast it as if it were cast at a higher spell slot (2nd level at 2 charges, 3rd level at 3 charges and so on)

Using 2 charges, you can cast Spike Growth (DC 17).

Using 3 charges, you can cast Conjure Barrage (DC 17). The barrage resembles ethereal copies of the Javelin.

Using 5 charges, you can cast Steel Wind Strike, (Spell Attack Bonus: +10).
