Sonitu

Grand Countess of Sound, The Lady of Music, The Sonic Songstress

Sonitu is the Illiadian deity of Sound, Music, singers and musicians. Often considered the twin-sister of Idorik,  Sonitu is a more minor goddess and often thought to inspire musicians and singers all across Illiad and beyond. However, she is also known to simply listen to the noises in her environment, encouraging her followers to do the same, as she is a goddess of all kinds of sounds. This makes her an incredibly popular goddess amongst blind people. However, there also is an overlap between her followers and the followers of Hailana, and the two goddesses are often considered close friends.

Within The Marble Cathedral, Sonitu's realm is called "The City of Sonas". It is a loud and bustling city with spires of glass and stone, where music can be heard at every street corner and where every day amazing operas are played in its theaters.

Sonitu directly serves Rencal Kei-Rhai and The Golden Scribe.

Basic tenets of Sonitu:

- Listen to the sounds around you, you may never know what you hear.
- Share the sounds inside you. Sing, play music, and inspire those around you.
- Bring joy with your songs and help bring whatever comes from deep within your heart out into the world through voice and instrument.
