The centralmost plane of the Outer Planes, also known as the "Concordant Opposition", representing truly neutral morals, the Outlands is sometimes considered the crossroads of the multiverse, and many neutral gods make their home here. Using any of the sixteen Gate-Towns on the edge of this plane, a planar traveler can easily travel from one outer plane to another.
In the middle of this plane, a gigantic spire raises into the sky, on top of which floats the city of Sigil, the City of Doors ruled by the Lady of Pain, where tens of thousands of travelers from different planes meet daily and many worldviews live side-by-side, and occasionally clash.
