A kingdom bordering the southern Grenwalian mountain range. Beya is known for a couple things, most notably its yearly festivities in the fall that incorporate a lot of beer and drinking, its interesting traditional outfits, its excellent sausages and beers and its cozy architecture, but also for being comparatively rural. However, in recent times, it's also known for the fairytale-dreams and eccentricities of its current king, Aluis III. of Beya, the dreamer-king. Touted by some to be a romantic dreamer and by others to be a madman, Aluis has been fascinated by the fairytales and legends of old from a very young age. He's a patron of the arts, employs the finest composers and has, in recent years, constructed several palaces that seem to jump straight out the books that he so loves, or maybe even the feywild. However, while Beya still has a sizeable military, he has neglected the military sector of the government just a smidge in the meantime, which ruffles the feathers of some people in charge of his armies.
