Vecna

The Sancstorylian god of Destructive and Evil Secrets, Necromancy, Hidden Knowledge, and Intrigue. It is said that Vecna was once a human man who turned himself into lich, until he became so powerful that he was able to defy the gods, and become a god himself. Dangerous and ambitious, Venca and his followers are scorned all across the world. However, he does have a lot of secret followers who worship him away from prying eyes, with his worshipers being mostly mages who wish to learn unimaginable power through their magic. Nonetheless, many cultists of Vecna do not initially know who they worship, often believing that they may be in a secret cult of Boccob, until it is clear that they wish to do anything for power; just like the god they worship. Vecna has no realm in an outer plane, but it is said that he is wandering the multiverse in his pursuits for even further power.
