The lord of The Nine Hells, and also the strongest of its archdevils. It is said by some that, once, Asmodeus was a celestial, before he fell and created the nine hells. Others say that he is a primal personification of ordered evil and has always existed that way. No matter the origin story, Asmodeus is the most prominent figure on people's minds when they think of a "Devil"; which makes sense, as he was most likely the first. In some sort of twisted morality, it is said that Asmodeus genuinely believes that the multiverse would be a better, more orderly place if it was ruled entirely by him; no matter the tyranny, enslavement or joylessness he would bring to everything.
