The Republic of Venisia is most likely the richest country in the Covenant, as it casually trades with both the Osé Sultanate and, ever since finding the gap in the Storm Line, with Raj'kota. Its capital city, Venisia, is a city unique to Liwilai, where the streets are divided by channels, and moving by boat is often more effective than per foot. The Republic its led by its Doge, who is elected by the city council of Venisia.
