Some powerful magical instruments have recently been stolen from our esteemed Bard's College. The perpetrator, a former student who was expelled for bad behavior, has already been captured and processed by the city guard, but it seems like he has already sold the instruments to a local tribe of orc bandits. If any adventurers are interested, then please retrieve these instruments. Not only are they rare and powerful magical items, but they have a vital role in our city's festival to commemorate the anniversary of the city's founding, which is quite soon.
