Dulenn is the capital of the High Lordship of Lugh, and has been for at least the past millennium. Even when the whole of Lugh was under the rule of Albia, Dulenn nonetheless stayed its capital, where most politics for the whole of Lugh was done. It is said that Dulenn was first founded by seafarers from the Northlands of old. Dulenn has, due to the ties to the moons that many people of Lugh share, the only united cathedral of Sehanine Moonbow and Selûne in the country.
