While generally considered to be quite kindhearted, Aphrodite can be quite flighty, and likes messing with the love life of mortals, if she considers certain relationships superior to others, playing matchmaker in the process... but more often than not messing things up. Followers of Aphrodite often spread love in many forms; not only romantic, but also platonic and love of life and beauty in general.
