A very northern city in the Medweda Empire, St. Petrusia is considered Liwilai's most northern city with at least 1 Million inhabitants, and a proper metropolis. For a long time, St. Petrusia also acted as Medweda's capital, before it was eventually moved to Mosaka. Nonetheless, it's often still considered the empire's crown jewel of the west, as well as Medweda's northern capital and cultural capital.
