Light Armor -
Ability to use light armours consisting of entirely cloth, silk, or leather -like materials. Increases your ability to wear them effectively, and likewise increases their protectiveness.
Medium Armor -
Ability to use medium armours consisting of partly cloth, silk, or leather -like materials as well as partly metal, metal must have an equal or lesser amount compared to light materials. Increases your ability to wear them effectively, and likewise increases their protectiveness.
Heavy Armor -
Ability to use heavy armors consisting of entirely metal, or a mix of cloth, silk, or leather -like materials that have a 55% or higher amount compared to the light materials. Increases your ability to wear them effectively, and likewise increases their protectiveness, decreases weight penalties of heavy armor.
Makeshift Armor -
Ability to use armor made entirely of scrap, makeshift materials, or stuff that isn't meant to be armor at all. Decreases penalties and ability to create and use makeshift armor.
Shields -
The ability to use shields, higher levels allow one to use stronger, large, or play defensively with them. Shields at low level are unwieldy and will be easily defeated by heavy weaponry.
Spears -
Ability to use spear weaponry in both one handed and two handed. Allows one to use a spear in a highly effective away, even while indoors or without a shield. Higher levels increases ability to pick weak spots. '
Torture -
One's ability to get information, punish, or do anything to someone you have a particular dislike for.
