Downbelow is a town that has been formed under the earth many years ago, currently host to a bandit overlord who seems to oversee the region. The only entrance to Downbelow is a mineshaft that has been neglected repairs for many months, but still serves as the entrance point for both bandits and traders who risk going there for the promise of gold.
