Tomlin is a boy of just 12 years old. He lives on the street, and has no family; they were killed in The Red Blizzard. He has been living on his own on the streets for 3 years. He was caught stealing bread from a baker, and was then taken into the fighting pits beneath Orlaine by the The Black Syndicate. He has vowed an oath of vengeance against the Syndicate.
