His only link to his origins, a childrens storybook about a hero with the last chapter missing, was stolen from him and he's trying to find out what happened to it.

Zagrief always has a get out plan.

The first thing he does in a new location is note the location of every valuable, or where such things may hide.

When things go bad Zagrief just goes.
