The aurochs is the wild ancestor that all domesticated cows can be traced back to. Larger and more muscular than modern cow breeds. Their ferocity and aggression is renowned. In war they are considered close to elephants in strengths. Orcs show a particular fondness for the aurochs and consider them a sacred war beast.
