Alignment. Tyrannus live barbaric lives usually constituting of pillaging and ransacking. Most tend towards chaotic alignments. The Yutra clan of Dizhen tend towards more neutral alignments.
Size. The Tyrannus are the largest of Therachos, averaging 7-8 feet in height and weighing well over 200 pounds. However, clan Alio are only around 5-6 feet in height. Whatever the case, your size is medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Bite. Your elongated jaws are natural weapons. When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of your attacks with an unarmed strike using your bite. On a hit, your bite deals 1d6 piercing damage + your Strength modifier.
Superior Vision. You have proficiency in perception checks, and darkvision out to 60 feet.
Strongest Bite. When you take the attack action on your turn you can replace one of your attacks with a special attack with your bite. If the attack hits, the creatures 2d10 piercing damage + Your strength modifier and you grapple them, so long as the creature meets the requirements. This damage increases by 1d10 when you reach 5th level (3d10), 11th level (4d10), and 17th level (5d10).
You can use your Strongest Jaws a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Largest of Tyrants. You are the largest of the Therachos. You gain proficiency in Athletics.

When selecting a subrace, remove the following base Tyrannus features and replace them instead with the features listed for the associated subrace: Ability Score Improvement and Strongest Bite.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2 and your Strength score increases by 1.
Tyrant's Agility. Your reflexes and agility allow you to move with a burst of speed. When you move on your turn in combat, you can double your speed until the end of the next turn. Once you use this trait, you can't use it until you move 0 feet on one of your turns.
