The city of tinkerers. Mellow City is famous in The Wastes for it's many talented mechanics and inventors. Many of their residents have been assisting Colt Belt Railways with the building of the railways.
It does have it's own local mine, but depends on Ruststone an their high metal production ability.
The highest population of Steelforged (warforged) live in Mellow City.
