This slum contains some of the poorest inhabitants of the city. Despite them having little to steal crime is rampant. The merchants have formed a private militia to protect their stalls that border the area on it's west. These slums are mostly home to GRITTERS and DWARFS with a few HUMANS sprinkled in. The slums are covered in tags belonging to the HOODED DEATH.
