A hundred years ago a meteor entered earths atmosphere. It crashed in the ocean off the coast of Vile City the resulting tsunami sinking the island that used to be just off the city’s coast. Before crashing the meteor released several large spores. Several of these landed in an around the city and all across the coast. Everywhere one of the spores landed was transformed into an exotic jungle of wild space. It was as though it was designed for instant terraforming. Over the next few years these wild spaces experienced an accelerated rate of evolution. In under a decade all kinds of strange and fearsome creatures where discovered. The wild spaces encircle the city and have cut it off from the rest of world. Have far the jungles outside the city spread across the world is unknown as is its fate.
