A very wealthy neighbourhood inhabited almost exclusively by ELVES. Despite being under the 'protection' of the VCPD west of THE WESTERN WALL, recently more and more tags of THE ASTEROIDS have appeared in the district. The influence of the elves can be seen in the areas architecture.
