A middle class neighbourhood with various races living all together, if not in harmony then at least not permanently at one another's throats. The area is famous for its stone statues which can be found dotted all over the place, the modern city having been built around them. It is said that centuries ago, when Vile was little more than a fishing town, it was attacked by a gorgon type monster that turned many of the residents to stone before being slain. The statues in the district are said to be those people poor people eternally frozen in stone.
