When Mundas and Jan swapped places there was a wave that swept out from Unknown Wizard Tower, people all over swapped places.
Eliander Fireborn came back from Waterdeep with Uldren Etherfist and 2 Adventuring Parties
One went to Harpshield Castle, the other to Firehammer Hold
Firehammer Hold: Of the 6 that went, only 2 came back:

They messed up, losing the battle and the Cleric resurrected the rogue.
There were man sized rat demons, commanded by a Glabrezu who converted it from a forge to a mine.
Arcstone: melding of silver and gold. Its magically inclined (conductive) material.
All the dwarves were either killed or enslaved.
The other place that nobody went is Phylund Lodge. It has Red Robe mages.
Was cleared by the Spikeshields Barbarian party.
Found expert wizard, dark skin, necromancy, blood spells, vampire?
Has skeletal wings and it escaped.

There was also a Black Dragon there (killed) it had no hoard, possibly enlisted?

Mundus wanted nothing to do with it, Kairon has history also and knew it was trouble. He sent it back to them ASAP.

The Spikeshields (adventurers) went to Phylund Lodge and didn’t return. They were killed and became undead. Red Wizards confirmed. Small contingent of Gnolls there also.
Waterdeep consider it a major threat and have sent an army to go there.

I didn’t like paying so many docking fees, so I got a basic crew together to transport goods up and down the coast (DATE: 23rd Mirtul)
Jan used a trap that he disarmed from the Dragon Lair we were in, and built it into a custom lead-lined box for the Cubic Gate. He's not comfortable carrying it around everywhere and wanted to attach it to the ship. Im not comfortable letting it out of our grasp, Im holding it now.
Luckstone is cursed, I can't unattune. Zendross must've left it partially cursed.
