Blue Blood Nobles are most commonly found in Neustria, these undead can be found roaming the roads in groups or working in camps and ruins. They are the pitiful product of a scheme by Neustrian Nobles to find eternal life for the Nobility however during the last Neustrian Civil War they became displaced and have spread across the Western Kingdoms.

Gaunt grey skinned humans dressed in faded finery. They hollow eyes blaze with the eternal hunger they feel.

Blue Blood Nobles retain their intellect and knowledge but are driven insane by the hunger they have until they have fed up the warm blood of other creatures. Then they become lucid and begin to plot and scheme.
