Wendigo were once men who through evil acts and consuming the flesh of sentients have transformed into undead monstrosities.
The Wendigo is tall and gaunt to the point of emaciation, its desiccated skin pulled tightly over its bones. With its bones pushing out against its skin, its complexion the ash grey of death and its eyes pushed back deep into their sockets. The sickly stench of death is often noticed before a Wendigo is seen. Wendigo skulk in remote forests and mountain ranges.
