Located 20 miles south of Bridge's Market along the White River, Meander Bay is the first navigable section of the White River below the Great Falls.

Once a thriving port and fishing village, Meander Bay has been overrun by a mercenary group called the Lost Blades.

Buildings are ramshackle with faded paint, muddy lanes wind down to the small beach.

Places of note

The Meander Bay Ferry, a chain ferry crosses the White River here.

The Block and Tackle is the last remaining Inn in Meander Bay. It is run down and a quiet place most of the time. It does offer dormitory accommodation in the roof space above the stables where two separate 6-berth dorms are found. The beer is watered down and cheap. Food is simple and rarely more than a stew and soda bread.
