Usther has a long and war torn history. As a result, Usther's people provide a large portion of the Kingdom of Harmthane's warriors. State Usther itself is made up of rolling hills and open spaces. With plenty of room, Usther's population has grown and spread out. Usther is the most densely populated of the five States, which is disproportionate to their access to natural resources. This tension has led to the warlike nature of Usther's people.
